What Payment Do You Accept?

We accept both credit/debit cards and Paypal!

Information About Shipping

We ship via first class USPS and occasionally UPS. All orders have tracking numbers. Please note that there are occasionally delays in service and some orders may arrive later than expected. Once we send your product we are not responsible for lost packages but you can open a missing mail search after 7 days via the USPS website.

In addition, our shipping costs are for orders delivered in the US only. While we can ship outside of the United States, some international orders may require an additional shipping charge. We will contact you if this is the case and allow you the option for a refund or to proceed with the order. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

We do! We are happy to take requests and add them to Liam's list. If there is an existing single sticker that you would like to see as a full sheet, that is definitely a possibility! (We are always looking for ideas for our autistic community as well... so please feel free to ask!) Our designer is a high school student and often has a pile of homework, so designing is often done on the weekends.

What Kind Of Paper Do You Use?

We use photo quality matte sticker paper! Unless otherwise noted, the majority of our sheets are "kiss cut" (they peel and leave the backing behind).

What Is Your Turn Around Time?

We will always strive to send your stickers out as soon as possible. Turn around times will vary and will be displayed on our main page. Please keep in mind we're a small home based business and our designer has to do his homework first! ;)

Will You Run Sales?

Yes! We always have a coupon code in our Instagram profile! Feel free to follow us @thestickerspectrum for the code and specials.

Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final. While we intend on starting your order as soon as possible, if you catch us before we start production, cancellation is possible. If you have any concerns once you receive your order, please reach out and let us know!

Stick is long and lanky character, please peel with care! We suggest pealing slowly from the head to keep Stick in tact!
